Jiangsu Restaurant:

It was founded in 1946 with the original name "Yiji Revive Restaurant". It was famous for its authentic Beijing and Suzhou food, such as Stewed Dishes of freshes, Flavoured Chicken and Colorful Fishes. Especially for its "Fried Jinling Sankao" and "Nanjing Duck's Stomach", it is well known in the whole city.

Sichuan Restaurant:

It is one of the largest well-known Sichuan food restaurants in Nanjing. The famous foods here include Gaobao Spicy Chicken, Spicy Tofu, Fishy Smell Meat, Strange Smell Chicken and so on.

Green Vegetable Restaurant:

It was built in the early years of The Republic of China in history. It is in the first level of the vegetable Restaurant. The foods here have the four characteristics: “fresh, tender, crisp and fragrant”. They created the “Plain Chicken”, “Plain Fried Duck” and other hundreds of vegetable foods.

Wanqing Tower:

It includes three halls. One is at the east side of Dacheng Palace of Confucius Temple, the other two are in the Confucius Temple catering street. “Eight Uniques” are its specialties, and assessed as “Chinese Famous Snacks” by the state.

Nanjing Stall Restaurant:

Located in Shiziqiao Street, its specialties are Nanjing snacks and regional dishes. The usher is an elder with a skullcap. Visitors may feel the air of the past years.
