Special Report: 2010 Shanghai Expo Countdown
The first 12 series of World Expo 2010 commemorative badges, all bearing the blue Expo mascot Haibao and Expo logo, were issued yesterday to mark the one-year countdown to the event which will open on May 1, 2010.
Prices for the badges range from 118 yuan (US$17.28) to 318 yuan. More are expected to be issued on special occasions during the countdown and for the opening and closing.
