Fresh water flows into Tibetan & Qiang families

Li County in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province, once suffered from heavy earthquake in May 12, 2008, has been supported by Hunan Province for about one year.
From last September till now, 35,000 Tibetan and Qiang people from 81 villages in Li County have had access to tap water.
